Information We Collect from You

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information. GameBar does not share, disclose, or sell any personally identifiable information collected online on the GameBar website (such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address) with other unaffiliated companies or organizations. GameBar uses this information for marketing purposes. Why We Collect Your Data

GameBar collects your data for the following purposes:

We are committed to the privacy of children.

Protecting the privacy of young children is particularly important. GameBar does not market to or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 on any of our websites. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. How do we collect your personal information?

GameBar collects information online by asking you, for example, when you order services, apply for a job, or respond to a survey, offer, or other promotion. Our customer's name, address (mailing and email), and phone number are the most important information, but we may request additional information depending on the circumstances, such as the service being ordered or promoted.

Content: You may also provide us with information in content you post to the Site. Your content (such as comments, photos, and videos), as well as metadata about your content, will be viewed by other users. GameBar may, but is not obligated to, monitor the content you post on the Site. We may remove any information you post for any or no reason.

Payment Methods: Depending on the payment method you choose when you visit, purchase, or subscribe to one of our products or services, you will also be asked to submit personal information. For example, if you choose to pay for a product/service by credit card, you will be asked to provide us with the name of your credit card issuer, credit card number, billing address, CVV number, and expiration date.

Log Files: When you use the Site, our servers automatically record certain information sent by your web browser. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Site, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, and other such information.

Geolocation Information: When you use the Site via a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor, and/or remotely store "location data," which may include GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device.

Device: When you use GameBar.com, we may collect information about your device, such as device type, device hardware information, operating system type and version, device time and time zone, and other necessary information.

Third-Party Tools: GameBar uses third-party analytics tools to help understand how the Site is used. Many of these tools collect information that your browser sends as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address. These analytics tools also receive this information, and their use of this information is governed by their privacy policies.

Other data you explicitly submit: We may collect this information from you when you post, comment, or follow any of our content and services, send us messages through our built-in online chat system, provide us with any requests or support requests regarding our products and services, or participate in our contests, competitions, and tournaments.

Personal information you disclose to us

The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and our Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Payment data. If you make a purchase, we may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by the applicable payment channel partner.

Social media login data. We may offer you the option to register using your existing social media account details (e.g., your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account). If you choose to register in this way, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider in question, but typically includes your name, email address, friend list, profile picture, and other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

How We Use Your Information

GameBar uses personally identifiable information collected online primarily to provide you with the following services:

• Administer and manage your use of our Services, including, but not limited to, remembering your preferences.

If at any time you feel the need to opt out of future communications from GameBar, you will be provided with the option to exclude those communications.

How long do we store your data?

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, or for a longer period if legally required by any applicable legislation.

If you terminate your account with us, all personal data will be deleted, unless required by legal process or for any other legitimate reason GameBar deems necessary. If you withdraw your consent to process your child's personal data, we will delete the personal data promptly based on your consent. If you object to the processing of your personal data, we will delete your data within a reasonable period of time, unless we are required by law to retain it.

Our Requirements of You

We require you to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself and any other persons about whom you have provided personal information, and to contact us to update any information that is inaccurate or out of date. This obligation is a condition of providing our products and/or services to you and/or where you or your organization/company authorizes or permits us to do so.
